Point of sale · Inventory · Books
Every sale, every shelf, every account — one system.
Accura is the register and the back office for an independent store. Ring up a sale and the inventory, the customer’s house account, the sales tax and the books all move with it — so at closing the numbers already agree.

How it works
One sale. Four records. No re-keying.
Most independent stores keep the same sale in four places — the register, the inventory sheet, the charge-account book and the bookkeeper’s ledger. In Accura you enter it once.
- 01
Sell
Scan or search, pick the unit or the case, take cash or card, split the payment — or charge it to the customer’s house account.
- 02
Inventory moves
Items leave the shelf they were sold from. Back room, stores and counts stay in step — on-hand is worked out, never typed in.
- 03
Money, tax & credit
Cash lands in the drawer, card in the bank, charges on the house account — checked against the limit first. The store’s sales tax goes on taxable items.
- 04
Books & reports
The sale is a double-entry voucher. Daily sales, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and sales tax are always current.

Sales tax
Sales tax, store by store.
Enter each store’s combined rate once — state, county, city and any special district — and every sale charges it on taxable items. At month end the report is ready by jurisdiction.
- A rate per store, each part on its own line: state, county, city, special district
- Items marked taxable or non-taxable — groceries, services, whatever your state exempts
- Tax-exempt customers with a resale certificate pay no tax
- Prices before tax; tax added on the total and rounded to the cent
- Tax you pay on purchases goes into the cost of the goods
- A sales tax report by jurisdiction, exported to Excel for your return
No automatic rate lookup. You enter and check your stores’ rates — Accura doesn’t look them up by address, and it doesn’t file your return.

Your records, protected
Books that can’t be quietly rewritten.
A saved sale is never edited or deleted. If it was wrong, it’s voided with a reason and entered again — the number stays used, and the audit log keeps who did what.
Saved sales are final
Void with a reason, never erase. Numbers run without gaps.
An audit log nobody can edit
Every user’s actions, on record and printable.
Close a period
Lock a checked month; nothing can be posted into it.
Your data, any time
A full, checksummed backup for the owner, plus Excel and CSV exports.
Each business on its own
Every business’s records are separate; people see only what their role allows.
A health check
Built-in checks that the books balance and inventory agrees with its records.
Other countries
Accura, country by country.
Each country has its own Accura — its own address, its own tax rules and its own sign-up. You’re on the United States site.

Questions
Good to know
Does it work out sales tax for my state?
You enter each store’s combined rate — state, county, city and any special district — and Accura charges it on taxable items and reports it by jurisdiction. It doesn’t look rates up by address, so check them when your state or city changes a rate.
Can I sell tax-exempt to resellers?
Yes. Mark the customer tax-exempt with their resale certificate and their sales carry no tax; the report shows exempt sales separately.
Does it file my sales tax return?
No. Accura prepares the report; you or your accountant file the return with your state.
Does it process card payments?
No. Your card terminal charges the card; in Accura you record how the customer paid — cash, card, split or house account — so the drawer and the bank balance at the end of the day.
Does it work when the internet goes down?
At the register, yes. A register PC you register keeps selling on its own number series without internet and sends the sales when it’s back online.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Accura runs in the browser on a PC, a tablet or a phone.
Is it real accounting, or just a POS?
Real double-entry accounting. Every sale, payment and stock movement is a voucher, and the trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet are worked out from them — never typed in.
Can my bookkeeper work in it?
Yes. Give them the accountant role: they see the books and reports and can close a period once it’s checked. Every report exports to Excel.
What does it cost?
You can start free today. Paid plans for the US will be announced here.
Who owns the data?
You do. The owner can download a complete backup at any time, and lists and reports export to Excel or CSV.
